SEEKING GOD’S HEALING OF AMERICA
2 Chronicles 7:14
THE ELECTION IS OVER!
Donald Trump, the 45th president of the United States of America has now been voted in by the majority of Americans to be the 47th president of the United States of America. Trump joins President Grover Cleavland as the only other president to serve one term, lose a second, and then four-years later to win back the White House. However, Trump’s re-election has not been without vehement disapproval by many vocal people. 
This election has once again brought to light the great divide of our nation, producing hateful and vindictive rhetoric from news outlets to social media platforms. Sadly, however, the hateful rhetoric comes not only from political pundits and partisans, but also from families, friends, and fellow-Christians.
This Sunday we will revisit God’s words to King Solomon in 2 Chronicles 7:14 as the Lord lays out what is needed to bring healing to a nation on the verge of division. Any country that follows God’s plan for healing outlined in this verse will, indeed, become a GREAT NATION.
