CHRIST’S CHOSEN: JAMES, SON OF ZEBEDEE

Continuing our summer sermon series on CHRIST’S CHOSEN.
In this series we have been focusing on how Jesus chose a bunch of “nobodies” to change the course of human history. We studied how He used both Peter and his brother Andrew, whose personalities were polar opposites, to serve and impact His kingdom using their own personal gifts.
This Sunday and the following week we will study two more brothers, James and John, who were known for their explosive tempers. Yet we will see how Jesus will transform these “sons of thunder” into mighty men of God.
Come join us Sunday as we learn how God can take us WHERE WE ARE and transform us into what HE WANTS US TO BE if we are willing to be used in His kingdom and molded into the likeness of His Son, Jesus.
