“I AM…THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD“
John 8:12
We are examining the seven “I AM” statements of Jesus found in the gospel of John. Each statement represents a special relationship that Jesus has with His followers. Last week we studied Jesus as “the bread of life” and how He provides true fulfillment and satisfaction to those who genuinely seek after Him.
This week we will study Jesus as “THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD” who has come to expose the darkness of Satan and to give those who will follow after Him “the light of life.”
Come join us Sunday as we study what it means to us to have Jesus as “the light of the world” and how we are to reflect the light of Christ in our daily lives as we live for Him in service to others.
